WORKSHOP FEES
You will receive :
CD’s for effective birth preparation, labour and postnatal recovery; the text HypnoBirthing by Marie Mongan, and the course material. Midwives, chiropractor, physiotherapist, nutritionist, hypnotherapist and a homeopathic therapist are involved in giving heaps of information, exersizes and tips throughout the course.

The classes are free for those couples on the Know Your Midwife Continuity of Care Programme
*Releasing fears of labour,birth or parenting, past birthing experience, emotions and anxieties. Teaching deepening relaxation skills to the birth companion.

COURSE COMMENCEMENT
The course begins in the first week of the month and continues weekly/fortnightly till your birthing time. You are encouraged to commence by at least 22 weeks pregnant so you prepare, practice and have support throughout your pregnancy and early parenthood.
